DESCRIPTION:Approximatel 30 planters needed for this event. Please register
  by 6 July so I can advise the organisers. Date and Time: 9am- 12pm on Sa
 turday the 19th of July Location: Wungong River\, off McNeill Road Champ
 ion Lakes. Planters can park off the road in paddock\, as marked on the at
 tached map. Planting: The planting will be along the creek edge and will 
 be a mixture of sedges and shrubs. I will ensure all plants\, and planting
  equipment are at site beforehand. Holes will be augered at the site prior
  to the event. The goal is to plant approximately 3000 plants. What To Bri
 ng Participants will need to bring enclosed shoes\, gardening gloves (alt
 hough I will bring some spares)\, clothes that can get dirty\, a water bot
 tle\, a hat and wet weather gear. Prior to the planting the SERCUL staff m
 ember will give a quick safety brief\, run through a site JSA and a planti
 ng demonstration. I would suggest breaking at around 10:30 for morning tea
