DESCRIPTION:PDG and DGN Jodie Sparks\, former Foundation Chair\, will talk 
 to us about the Rotary Foundation. Anyone who has attended training with J
 odie\, knows she is an engaging speaker who knows her stuff.  Jodie is a 
 proud member\, and current President\, of the Rotary Club of Ascot (the ho
 me of Bricktober). Jodie was introduced to the Rotary family as a Handicam
 p buddy in 1994. She then went on to join Rotaract before joining Rotary i
 n 2000 and served as President of Ascot in 2005-6. After serving as Distri
 ct Governor for D9465 in 2011-12\, Jodie has enjoyed many years running tr
 aining at District\, Zone\, Regional and International level and served as
  the District 9423 Council on Legislation Representative in 2025. Jodie is
  the Foundation Manager for the Western Australian Motor Industry Foundati
 on\, overseeing the small WA Chairity that provides life-changing transpor
 t for WA families with disability through its Wheels for Hope program. In 
 any spare time\, Jodie loves to spend time at her house in Balingup\, drin
 king Gin and Coffee (lots of coffee) and spoiling her fur baby Hamlin.
