In lieu of 25th March meeting....make sure you register your attendance at the link below for the RC Rockingham meeting.
The VTT from D5300 in the US will be speaking at the Rockingham Rotary Club's meeting on 24th March and Karrinyup Club on 25th March. Both are evening meetings. This is an opportunity for members who aren't attending the conference to hear the team speak and will be in lieu of our morning meeting of 25th March.The Rockingham meeting is at the Safety Bay Bowling Club from 6:00pm on 24th March. Check the event on 25th March if you want to attend Karrinyup's meeting.

Event description
Vocational Training Teams (VTTs) are groups of professionals who travel abroad either to teach local specialists about a particular field, or to learn more about their own.
Building on the Rotary International Foundation’s long-standing commitment to professional development, the programme, which can be funded through district and global grants, continues to greatly help host communities solve problems and improve the quality of life.
VTTs bring together professionals with a common interest or purpose, enabling them to support one or more of the 7 major areas of focus of the Rotary Foundation. Hands-on activities differ across teams and encompass a wide range of topics, including training medical professionals in cardiac surgery and care, sharing best practices in early childhood education, and instructing farmers on new irrigation techniques.
Thsi Dinner meeting is an opportunity to meet and hear from a Vocational Training Team from California. The people in the team come from different backgrounds and have a mixture of vocations including police officers, social workers and others who are working against human trafficking and domestic violence.
